MTh (5AM 3:30PM)

• OT Eligible. Identifyquality problems and recommend solutions. Calibrate validate ormaintain equipment. Write or revise standard quality controloperating procedures. Evaluate analytical methods and procedures todetermine how they might be improved. Perform visual inspections offinished products. Receive and inspect raw materials. Interprettest results compare them to established specifications and controllimits and make recommendations on appropriateness of data forrelease. Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests areperformed according to established item specifications standardtest methods or protocols. Supply quality control data necessaryfor regulatory submissions. Complete documentation needed tosupport testing procedures including data capture forms equipmentlogbooks or inventory forms. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 yearsof experience in dimensional inspection of aerospace components.Superior blue print reading skills. Excellent communication skills.Fluent in the use of precision hand tools gages optical comparatorand surface plate work. Experience inspecting tight tolerance highvalue components. Familiar with the use of personal computers.Selfmotivation and ability to prioritize projects to meetcompletion dates.

Mandatory:

• Responsibilities include but are not limitedto: Perform daily part inspection using state of the art HexagonCoordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) Using PCDMIS software toProgram and Parsec for FAI data collections. Indepth knowledge ofGD&T Perform manual inspections Knowledge and utilization ofnonconformance processes.

Desired Skills:

• Preferred Qualifications: Desired knowledge ofPolyworks and Spatial Analyzer PC DMIS NC on machine inspection.Faro and Verisurf knowledge. Basic machining knowledge. Familiarwith Mastercam preferably X6 or higher. Experience operating heavylifting equipment such as cranes and forklifts around flightcritical hardware. Outside processing knowledge (heat treat platingcoating EDM grinding etc.)
