Job Description:

Teaching Personnel is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join the team at Chesham Primary School. We are seeking a supportive and proactive individual who is passionate about education and eager to make a positive impact on young learners' lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.

  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help.

  • Help prepare and maintain a stimulating learning environment.

  • Assist with classroom management and behavior support.

  • Support the social and emotional development of pupils.

Qualifications and Skills:
