Senior Support Worker (Elderly Residential Care)

Full-time Hours

Day or Night Shifts

£13.50 per hour + paid breaks

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our client's team and assist individuals with their day-to-day personal care needs. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support while promoting independence and maintaining dignity and respect for elderly residents in a residential and nursing setting.

Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or above
  • Previous experience as a Senior Health Care Assistant or Senior Support Worker
  • Proven ability to provide person-centered care and support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the principles of diversity, equality, and inclusion in care practices
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and use own initiative when required
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach towards providing care and support
