No previous experience or qualifications, no problem, we can provide you with that to become part of a successful team providing this unique person-centred support

The role involves supporting people to live active lives in the community, managing their daily living skills, facilitating their hobbies and interests and helping people realise their dreams
- We provide person centred individualised care with focus on the model of Positive Behavioural Support (PBS)_

You will receive a 2-week induction and learn about PBS, understanding communication and behaviour, how to teach skills and enable people to live the lifestyle that they wish A workplace induction follows which enables you to learn how support the individual in the way they wish. We will fund staff to complete the Level 3 Health & Social Care.We have a leadership pathway for those who have the right ambition, skills and aptitude which can take you from Support Worker to Team Leader and beyond
