As a Welder, you will be responsible for:

Reading and understanding engineering drawings & specifications. Welding processes to include SAW, MIG, TIG, SMAW, FLUX-CORE Setting up, Monitoring and Welding the components within the parameters of the specific weld procedure. Grinding work as required. Adhering to Company quality procedures. Compiling & recording weld maps and traceability record sheets. Adhering to Company Safety and Environmental policies. Delivering Quality products that meet all requirements to meet production deadlines.

Fuel Your Passion

To be successful within this role, you will need:

Fully time served with C&G/ or S/NVQ levels 2 or 3 or equivalent. Experience of using the following processes SAW, MIG, TIG, SMAW, FLUX-CORE Experience of flame cutting and general workshop duties. Weld Qualifications for the processes mentioned above would be an advantage but onsite testing would take place at a later date.
