As a Bodyshop Estimator, you'll play an integral part in getting out customers back on the road as good as new.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
Negotiate with engineers on estimate pricing ensuring that the Company obtains the best possible price for that repair. Familiarise self with manufacturer’s technical bulletins, maintaining up to date files. Prospect on a regular basis estimates carried out to improve the estimate utilisation and follow up procedure within 48 hours of estimate. Handle customers in an efficient way to provide the best possible service. Ensure all vehicle details are accurately taken and recorded and all loan car forms are filled in correctly. Answer the telephones in polite manner. Cover duties as agreed with the Bodyshop Manager in the absence of others. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.Desired and Skills and Experience:
Proven experience of negotiating and influencing. Audatex certificated. Previous experience within the crash repair industry. ATA or NVQ qualification is desirable.Company benefits:
