About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bodyshop Estimator to join our team at Jardine Motors Group. As a Bodyshop Estimator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible repair experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate with engineers to ensure the best possible price for repairs.
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer technical bulletins and maintain accurate records.
  • Prospect for new estimates and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate vehicle details and loan car forms are completed correctly.
  • Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Cover duties as agreed with the Bodyshop Manager in their absence.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in negotiating and influencing.
  • Audatex certification.
  • Previous experience in the crash repair industry.
  • ATA or NVQ qualification is desirable.
