We seek a highly motivated and experiencedKey Account Manager (KAM) to join ourteam and manage and expand our key B2B client relationships. Yourexceptional communication presentation and relationshipbuildingskills will be crucial in building strong partnerships with ourexisting clients and achieving our revenue targets. Tasks

Provide andsupport the client with the full onboarding cycle to ensure asmooth and successful start to our collaboration
Developand implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targetsand strengthen relationships with key enterprise clients
Proactively identify and pursue upsell and crosssell opportunitieswithin existing accounts
Conduct regular business reviewswith clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure PayDossolutions align with their objectives
Negotiate and closecomplex B2B deals with senior decisionmakers at enterpriseclients
Foster and maintain strong client relationshipsbuilt on trust transparency and mutual respect
Monitorkey performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track accountgrowth satisfaction levels and potential risks
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketingand customer success to ensure a seamless clientexperience

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Key Account Management or asimilar role preferably in the B2B sector
Deepunderstanding of the FinTech landscape and the specifics of highand lowrisk industries
Experience working with legaldocuments including contracts agreements and regulatoryacts
Proven track record in managing and expandingsuccessful relationships with highvalue enterprise clients (1year)
Knowledge of various sales techniques
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients andinternal stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Englishfluent Ukrainian/russian language
Previous experience ofworking with CRM (preferably Zendesk Sell/Support).
Aproblem solver proactive approach
Exceptionalcommunication presentation and negotiation skills
Strongwork ethic positive attitude flexible approaches and ability towork independently so as part of ateam

Will be aplus:
Previous experience of working withCanada/UKbased clients
Previous experience working in aSales role
