Gentoo Homes and Development have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Customer Care Team and drive quality and improvements for our customers.
We have introduced a new and exciting role of Quality Assurance Manager into the team. You will be responsible for managing after care works on-site and ensuring completed homes meet the expected quality standard.
We have exciting plans for growth, and you will be an instrumental part of the team delivering 300 high quality new homes to our customers.
The role is subject to a basic DBS paid for by Gentoo.
What we are looking for:
We are looking someone who has a sound understanding and knowledge of working in the construction industry. You will be passionate about delivering a high quality product for our customers and working closely with the construction teams, supply chain and our warranty provider bodies.
It is essential that you hold a full UK driver's licence plus the ability to use your own vehicle to meet the travel requirements of the role.
