To achieve this our new build and acquisition programme, regeneration work and home improvement programme will all be focused on improving lives through sustainable homes and places.

About the role

We have a new opportunity to join our Customer Voice team and play a pivotal role in building valuable relationships with tenants and residents living in communities across our places. 

Working collaboratively, you will enrich the development and delivery of our services. by ensuring  tenants and residents have a strong voice and skills to influence our decision making.

About you

As a self-starter and an analytical thinker customers will be at the heart of what you do as a champion of the Customer Voice. You will have strong IT and digital skills and need to be resilient, innovative, and able to balance a range of conflicting demands. You will get real job satisfaction from building and promoting effective relationships with our customers to ensure that their voice drives meaningful service improvements through our InsightXchange scrutiny group. As a highly organised, empathetic, customer focussed individual with excellent listening, communication, and data analysis skills, you will be able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your own workload as part of a small team.

You will be responsible for presenting data, writing reports, and providing evidence of compliance with regulatory standards, advising where changes are needed at regular intervals.

Ideally you will hold a HNC or equivalent NVQ Level 4 qualification in housing or a relevant subject and will be able to demonstrate your commitment to professional development and learning. The successful candidate will undertake fully funded study towards a relevant NVQ Level 5 qualification in Housing.
