About The Role

Step into an exciting role as a Digital Analyst based in the commercial team of our UK Retail Business. We're on the lookout for an individual with a solid foundation in marketing analysis eager to grow and make an impact.

This role offers exposure to our operations, whilst working alongside channel managers to analyse and enhance performance across channels. You'll make recommendations and see them through to results.

You'll have the opportunity to shape our marketing approaches across various channels, refine reporting processes, and be integral to the integration of GA4 and econometric data modelling.

As a member of our acquisition analytics team, your insights and strategic recommendations will drive marketing efficiency.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

Lead Campaign Analysis: evaluations of paid acquisition campaigns, designing and implemening trials and strategies. Streamline Processes: Continuously improve efficiency to focus on high-value activities, automating reporting where possible. Technology Integration: Contribute to the integration of new paid acquisition technologies. Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align strategies and enhance SEM products. Support Forecasting: Assist planning and forecasting with channel managers

A Few Things About You

2-3 years of experience in performance marketing analysis Confident making recommendations Can challenge the status quo, offering recommendations Experience with online analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA360, GA4), BigQuery, SQL, or PowerBi Ambitious, self-motivated, excellent organizational skills
