Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten und motivierten Service Desk Techniker (all genders) für unseren IT-Service Desk Als erster Ansprechpartner übernimmst du verantwortungsvoll First Level Support-Aufgaben für interne Teams und externe Kunden. Deine Aufgaben: Professionelle Bearbeitung von First Level Support-Anfragen für interne Teams und externe Kunden Analyse und Lösung von IT-Problemen im Bereich IT-Arbeitsplatz, Netzwerk, Datenbanken und Serversystemen Unterstützung in der Einrichtung mobilder und hybrider Arbeitsplätze (Konfiguration, Bereitstellung und Dokumentation) IT-Support über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle (Telefon, Chat, E-Mail, Ticketsystem) Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Incident-Managements und Dokumentation aller Schritte Kompetente Beratung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitern und Kunden bei technischen Fragestellungen im definierten Bereich Aktive Kommunikation mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen Kunden zur effizienten Problembehebung Gewährleistung hoher Kundenzufriedenheit durch professionelle und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise Dein Profil: Praktische Erfahrung im First Level Support mit Fokus auf Probleme am IT-Arbeitsplatz, im Netzwerk, mit Datenbanken oder Serversystemen Grundlegende Kenntnisse mit Microsoft Technologien (Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, M), im Bereich Netzwerk, Server sowie Datenbanken Fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger Betriebssysteme und Office-Anwendungen Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Level B2) Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Bereitschaften (7x24) Problemlösungskompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, unter Druck ruhig und zielorientiert zu arbeiten Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung, um effektiv mit Kunden und internen Teams zu interagieren Ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Gewissenhaftigkeit Interesse sich weiterzuentwickeln Logicalis unterstützt die berufliche Förderung von Frauen in der IT und ist in den Bereichen, in denen der Anteil weiblicher Beschäftigter bislang nur gering ist, sehr an Bewerbungen von Frauen interessiert.
