My client is looking for an experienced QualityInspector to join their company. This will be a temp to permposition.

You will be required to carry outthe following tasks.

- Carry out in-processinspection activity as defined by the works traveller and/orW.I.S
(crimping; soldering; torque tightening; first offInspection etc.)
- Carry out tooling checks of crimptools and settings in the absence of a Team Leader
-Carry out a final inspection of manufactured product to drawing,customer specification, and/or internal procedures, includingdimensional & documentation checks.
- Carry outelectrical testing of manufactured product to drawing, customerspecification, and/or internal procedures, using ATE, multimeter,megger, or other test equipment as
required.
-Complete Final Inspection & Test Record sheet
-Complete Test Results sheets as required
- First ArticleInspection.
- Carry out First ArticleInspection.
- Complete First Article Inspection Report(FAIR).
- Carry out Goods Receiving inspection of thesupplied product.
- Book work through on ERPsystem
- Record results of in-process and finalinspections on the relevantstatistical
spreadsheets
- Control ofCalibration of Inspection and Test Equipment/test equipmentverification.
- Ensuring adequate test leads/matinghalves are available and controlled.
- Programming ofAutomatic Test Equipment
- Procurement of all necessaryhardware in support of Test and Inspection equipment.
-Assist in disseminating technical details in support of contractreview.
- Any other tasks as instructed by a Director orSenior Manager.

- The ideal candidate needs tohave job-specific proficiency and good working knowledge ofstandard practices, procedures, and protocols
-Interprets and applies data analysis, procedures, andpolicies
- Performs tasks and supports projects undergeneral supervision
