We have partnered with an architectural andengineering design firm in the Midland TX area to provide them witha Civil PE/Project Manager Site Development. Please review thebelow description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skillsfor the Civil PE/Project Manager SiteDevelopment:

#1. Must have PE licensein TX.

#2. Must have at least 10yrs of SiteDevelopment and Master Planning experience

#3.Must have Office Retail Industrial and Institutional Buildingsproject experience.

#4. No more than 3 jobs inthe last 10 years

Responsibilities of the Civil PE/Project ManagerSite Development:

Clientdevelopment and management including successful relationshipsfinancial accounting and responsiveness.Develops proposals scopes fees and trackingperformance Development and maintenance ofrelationships with City departments.Presentations at hearings Commissions and Councilmeetings. Leadership and management ofengineers and technicians. Technicalsupervision and design capabilities in the areas of pavementutilities grading site elements and drainage.Familiarity with local zoning ordinances subdivisionregulations and other design criteria. Managedemands of inhouse and external surveying support.Community involvement including active participation andseeking leadership roles in civic technical and professionalorganizations. Project types to include:Site Design for Office Retail Industrial andInstitutional Buildings ResidentialSubdivisions from Land Acquisition to Finished LotsMunicipal Roadway Drainage and Planningprojects

Requirements of the Civil PE/ProjectManager Site Development:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering required.
  • Professional engineer registration in Texas.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the types ofresponsibilities listed above.
  • Additionaldesirable experience would include:
  • Projectmanagement experience including plans production and management ofthe following tasks:
    • Experience withentitlements such as Platting Zoning and MunicipalPermitting
    • Experience with Site Planning andDevelopment Master Planning
    • Software includingAutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS.
    • Grading andDrainage Design
    • Street and AlleyDesign
    • Site Design
    • Waterand Wastewater Design
    • Hydrology and HydraulicsAnalysis and Design
    • SWP3s
    • General Civil Design
    • ConstructionManagement
  • Excellentwritten and oral communication skills to interact effectively withclients staff municipal authorities vendors andcontractors.
