We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and fostering a positive and supportive environment for our clients.

We are looking for a passionate support worker to join our service who will be flexible working the below hours:

Alternative weekends Shifts between 7am and 10pm Waking night and sleep ins may be required

 THE ROLE

This role include support with day-to-day tasks in the home and in the community - it may be supporting our residents going out in the morning and taking them to an activity in the afternoon. Assisting them to get ready in the morning, helping with shopping, cooking, or cleaning. You will support our clients with personal care

You will find yourself getting stuck into fun, long walks, outdoor educational trips, and an interactive and practical hands-on activity.

The job entails supporting adults in developing key skills and continue being happy to thrive in life

You will be required to work weekends and evenings. Position is part time and spread across all three Hinckley areas.

The existing team members are passionate, dedicated, motivated and are committed in offering a safe and supportive environment to work colleagues and more importantly to each of our service users.

ESSENTIAL REQUIRMENTS:

 • Previous experience in domiciliary care or a related field is advantageous but not essential.

 • Compassionate and empathetic approach towards clients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to undergo necessary training and development.

 • Reliable and punctual with a commitment to providing high-quality care.

 • Understanding and adherence to confidentiality and privacy principles.

• A valid UK driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle would be advantage
