Für unsere Abteilung Global Account Delivery suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mehrere Infrastructure Engineers - Schwerpunkt SAN (all genders) an einem unserer Standorte. Deine Aufgaben: Als Teil des Storage Teams sorgst Du für die 24/7 Verfügbarkeit der Storage Services und für den reibungslosen Betrieb einer komplexen Storage Enterprise-Umgebung Der Betrieb umfasst die Bearbeitung von Requests, Incidents, und Changes (1st/2nd Level). Gesteuert und dokumentiert über ein ITSM-Tool Du bringst Dich aktiv bei der Behebung von Problemen ein und beauftragst bei HW-Fehlern die entsprechenden Techniker Du führst Fehleranalysen durch, arbeitest eng mit dem eigenen Engineering Team zusammen und bindest bei Bedarf den Hersteller bei der Problemlösung mit ein Die Planung und Durchführung von Release- und Versionswechseln, Performance-Analysen und Tuning sind Teil deiner Aufgaben Mitarbeit bei neuen spannenden Projekten aus dem Bereich oder auch Teamübergreifend Regelmäßige Kommunikation und agile Zusammenarbeit mit dem Engineering Teams Du bist Teil des Teams auch in Bezug auf Rufbereitschaften Dein Profil: Du verfügst bereits über Erfahrung im Betrieb von Storage-Infrastrukturen, idealerweise SAN und/oder Netapp Erfahrungen in der Arbeitsweise von Enterprise-Umgebungen (wünschenswert) Erfahrungen in den benachbarten Disziplinen SAN, Virtualisierung, Netzwerk und Betriebssysteme hast Du bereits gesammelt Du bringst die Bereitschaft mit an unsere Rufbereitschaft (7 x 24) teilzunehmen Das arbeiten im Team ist dein Ding, trotzdem versuchst Du Aufgaben auch eigenverantwortlich und selbständig zu lösen Lust auf neue Themen treibt Dich in deiner Entwicklung Du bevorzugst lieber einzelne bzw. wenige Kunden auf die Du dich voll und ganz einlässt, eine Planbarkeit von Arbeit und Freizeit und wenig bis keine Reisetätigkeiten und ein Arbeitsumfeld was auf deine persönlichen Bedürfnisse Rücksicht nimmt Den Dialog auf Deutsch und Englisch scheust Du nicht Logicalis unterstützt die berufliche Förderung von Frauen in der IT und ist in den Bereichen, in denen der Anteil weiblicher Beschäftigter bislang nur gering ist, sehr an Bewerbungen von Frauen interessiert.
