Keyresponsibilities of the Signage Production Managerjob

ProductionManagement:

  • Plancoordinate and oversee the entire signage production process fromconception tocompletion.
  • Maintainproduction schedules ensuring client deadlines aremet.
  • Conductquality control to ensure all signage products meet high standardsandspecifications.
  • Manageproduction equipment ensuring regular maintenance andtroubleshooting anyissues.


Leadership:

  • Leadand manage the production team including supervisors providingguidance training andsupport.
  • Conductregular performance reviews and address any performance issuespromptly.
  • Fostera culture of positivity and collaboration creating an engaging andproductive workingenvironment.


Health&Safety:

  • Ensurecompliance with all health and safety regulations across theproductiondepartment.
  • Conductregular safety audits and provide health and safety training to theproductionteam.


ProjectManagement:

  • Liaisewith other departments including sales design and installationteams to ensure excellent customer service and successful projectexecution.
  • Monitorand manage project budgets and timelines staying within the scopeof thejob.
