Job SummaryThe Product Owner will play a crucial role in translating the Product Roadmap into a backlog of initiatives, working closely with the Product Manager to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Product Manager to break down product initiatives into manageable tasks and share them with the squad.
- Engage with the engineering team to align on approach and details of implementation, ensuring a cohesive and effective solution.
- Facilitate stakeholder reviews to capture customer product requirements, ensuring all parties are represented and informed.
- Drive the definition of user journeys and customer experience, working with the design team to deliver wireframes, UX, and owning the concept.
- Break down epics into features and PBI's to ensure value is realized at the right time, attending team and product initiative meetings to ensure all stories are refined and ready for development.
- Plan and schedule the 'Ready for Dev' backlog of stories for the squad to deliver, which is central to the squad achieving their flow.
- Work with the Product Manager to monitor product KPI's and metrics, discussing and reprioritizing as required.
- Maintain documentation associated with products, ensuring visibility and comprehension of all elements of software.
- Add value to the experience of our clients, colleagues, and stakeholders through practicing and promoting the ENSEK values.
- Promote and maintain a positive, results-oriented work environment, building partnerships and teamwork across ENSEK.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence others across the business.
- Ability to analyze complex product requirements, influencing and persuading others.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, planning and organizing effectively.
- Client-focused approach, utilizing knowledge and experience, demonstrating outstanding levels of diplomacy and tact.
- Flexible attitude and ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Values the importance of teamwork, with experience of working in a remote team being advantageous.
- Proven ability to engage with and develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Experience of working in an agile environment and from within the Energy/Utilities would be advantageous but not essential.
