Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team in Broadstone, United Kingdom. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing non-medical support services that enable them to maintain their independence in their own homes.

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
  • Prepare nutritious meals and help with feeding when necessary
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social activities
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment
  • Monitor clients' well-being and report any changes in condition to supervisors
  • Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals

As Care Assistants we receive:  

  • Competitive rates of pay of up to £14.25 per hour.

various shift patterns are available to suit your lifestyle as well as your clients.

We are currently looking for candidates who can offer good availability including a mixture of mornings and evenings.

Every other weekend availability is a requirement


Qualifications

  • Genuine passion for caring and improving others' lives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust
  • Reliable and patient, with a positive attitude
  • Physically fit to assist with daily tasks and mobility support
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • Eagerness to learn and undergo training
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred, but not required
