We are recruiting to a variety of roles working as part of an innovative MDT. You will be working for Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust with your base at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference to the care of patients enabling them to step down to their normal place of residence faster
Main duties of the job
To provide full administration and clerical support to the ward multidisciplinary team. To be the first point of contact in welcoming and answering patient/visitor queries on the ward. To take a lead role in maintaining accurate patient notes and data on the trust electronic patient administration systems at all times.
