There is now an exciting opportunity to join the Trafford team as a Hygiene Operator. Your primary objective is to
carry out hygiene duties in all departments and support Noodles retail and packing stations when required. It is a key
element that this role is fully flexible, both in roles and departments in which they work, hours that are worked and
shift pattern. This role contains work at speed and requires a diligent person prepared to take responsibility for the
product that they are packing. The role is a days-based role, and the hours of work are 6am to 6pm

What we are looking for:

You are well organised and structured in managing priorities. You have excellent attention to detail and are rigorous
with Health & Safety and Food Safety. You should be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment with the
ability to make the right decisions and effectively escalate issues as they arise. Shift experience and good
communication skills would be beneficial for the role.
You must be able to ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures ensuring that the work
environment is safe at all times and deliver the required hygiene standards set by the department and ensuring the
end of clean inspections are passed.
