Summary:

 

The Dexcom Healthcare Account Administration Specialist, French, Dutch & English speaker, is an exciting role that requires a high level of customer service and account administration skills. It is a responsible position that engages with a number of internal and external stakeholders including diabetes health care professionals, patients and wholesale partners. It requires professionalism, attention to the detail, organisation skills and a willingness to go the extra mile.

The main responsibilities are setting up and processing new orders, managing all aspects of account administration, dealing with patient enquiries, and working closely with a team of specialist Territory Managers (TMs) to help develop customer relationships and grow new patient numbers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

Your main responsibilities will be to:

Set up and process new orders Build relationships with healthcare and procurement professionals Provide a high level of account management and administration for all assigned accounts Work closely with TMs to communicate account updates and make them aware of any issues Provide support to the Benelux Country Manager as required Support on Benelux specific marketing projects as required Identify areas of improvement and implement processes to ensure an efficient workflow Drive customer service standards and maintain agreed service level agreements (SLAs) Maintain a high degree of accuracy when entering data (customer management systems) Monitor and update funding and billing information to ensure accounts are invoiced correctly. Keep up to date with our products and their development Assisting in developing and implementing sales Maintain a good understanding of the clinical data and published studies Manage a portfolio of accounts and their funding pathway

Required Qualifications/Experience:  

To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty to a satisfactory standard. The successful candidate will:

Be fluent in English, Dutch, and French, both written and spoken languages (essential) Be fluent in German, both written and spoken language (desirable) Have a knowledge of healthcare systems in the Benelux countries Have knowledge of the diabetes sector (desirable) Be experienced in account administration and managing customer relationships Have experience of working in a sales focused environment Have a passion for delivering excellent service Be experienced in working with CRM platforms and Microsoft applications Ideally have some sales and marketing experience Have an open mindset and a willingness to learn Have a keen eye for detail Have strong organizational skills Have plenty of initiative and be a self-starter Have good communication skills, both verbal and written Have an empathetic approach to customers and colleagues
