Healthcare Support Worker

Band 3 - Permanent - 37 hours per week 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our small and friendly team in the Forres Treatment and Care Hub within Forres Health and Care Centre for a permanent, 37 hour, Band 3 HCSW. Part times hours would be considered for the right candidates.

The unit is open 8-6 Mon- Fri with no night shift or weekend work required, and hours would be worked over 4 days. There will also be a requirement to work in the GP practice assisting with phlebotomy clinics during sickness and annual leave. 

This post is suitable for applicants who presently work within an acute setting or GP practice, although consideration will be given to candidates not working in these environments at present. 

The applicant should be motivated and enthusiastic and willing to deliver an exceptionally high standard of care under minimal supervision. Good knowledge of IT systems, excellent communication skills and the ability to work on own initiative are essential in this role.
