The Role

Part of the Academic Services Hub and External Relations Directorate, the Admissions Team are responsible for processing decisions for all Undergraduate and Postgraduate applications to the University. The role of Admissions System Project Manager is key to the project management and further enhancement of our Admission Microsoft Dynamics system to improve both efficiency and the applicant experience.

We are seeking an Admissions System Project Manager initially as a fixed term post for 18 months, starting 1 September 2024. The role will support the creation of an Admissions System Project Team, and manage the delivery of innovative processes and technology-based solutions, working collaboratively with Faculties, Academic Schools and Professional Services.

The role will also manage two Project Co-ordinators to effectively plan and deliver targeted improvements to this system, prioritising the roll-out of automation before managing further developments to support applicant conversion on targeted recruitment, outreach and WP events, and projects to support the University strategies for home student recruitment and fair access and widening participation.
