Job Description

  • Ensure high levels of accuracy are achieved.
  • Creating an intuitive user interface for data entry and retrieval.
  • Implement barcode scanning functionality for accurate item identification.
  • Integrate the application with a backend database for real-time data synchronization.
  • Generating reports and dashboards for analysis.
  • Identifying the types of data to be collected. (e.g., item details, quantities, locations)
  • Designing screens for adding new items, updating quantities, and conducting inventory audits.
  • Implementing user-friendly navigation and data input controls.
  • Set up barcode rules and validation to ensure accurate data entry.
  • Test barcode scanning with various barcode types.
  • Establish a connection to the backend database (e.g., SQL database, cloud storage)
  • Create dynamic reports and dashboards to visualize inventory data trends.
  • Provide training sessions for warehouse staff on using the TracerPlus application.
  • Being a role model and a team player, to ensure the exceptional DO & CO quality is delivered on time with maximum efficiency in accordance with DO & CO standards.
  • Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with all at Do & Co, ensuring the provision of a positive and professional service that elevates the DO & CO reputation and any highlighted problems have an implemented solution.
  • Driving success by proactively managing team performance, providing development and succession planning opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of database design and management concepts
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like JavaScript for adding custom logic and functionality
  • Proficiency in designing intuitive and user-friendly mobile app interfaces
  • Ability to design and implement workflows and data collection processes
  • Proactive attitude towards problem solving and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Confident in suggesting change and continuously improving
  • Experience with UI design tools and features.
  • Skill in creating calculated fields, conditional logic, and validation rules.
  • Proficiency in identifying and resolving bugs and issues.
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues in applications.
  • Ability to troubleshoot data synchronization, connectivity, and performance problems.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Organized and the ability to manage tasks effectively
  • Have a great understanding and working knowledge of the whole unit and be the expert in delivering practical actions for its improvement by taking a hands-on approach.
