Unlocking Insights at Heathrow Airport

Heathrow Airport is at the forefront of data-driven innovation, leveraging insights to enhance the passenger experience. As a key member of our Customer Data & Analytics Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business value through data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Customer business stakeholders to identify business problems and opportunities for data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and prioritize a backlog of data products and analytics use cases, aligning with business objectives and customer feedback.
  • Lead the daily activities of the data team, comprising data analysts and engineers, to deliver value to the business.
  • Drive advanced analysis and data science work within the Customer Data & Analytics team, supporting the wider Customer function.
  • Create a self-service analysis capability, migrating reporting to a Customer Analytics hub accessible by all Customer function teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data science projects, applying advanced analytics techniques, statistical knowledge, and big data handling skills.
  • Evidence of driving value through data, from analysis and modeling to visualization and storytelling in a similar role.
  • Passion for data, analytics, aviation, and digital performance.
