We are seeking a dedicated Project Provisioning Coordinator to join our Service Delivery team. This hybrid role is based at our Ilkley office and reports directly to the Service Delivery Manager.
The Project Provisioning Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring the successful provisioning of services and resources for projects, working closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are set up and executed efficiently. This role involves coordinating resources, placing orders, and ensuring that all provisioning aspects align with project requirements and deadlines. The Project Provisioning Coordinator will also play a key role in overseeing the quality and timely delivery of all project-related provisioning tasks.
Key responsibilities of this role:- Provisioning and Project Setup:
- Assist Project Managers in developing project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and supplier co-ordination.
- Co-ordinate the provisioning of resources, equipment, and information to ensure that project setup is completed accurately and on time.
- Ensure that all provisioning activities are delivered within scope and meet project deadlines.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all provisioning-related communication with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication to keep all stakeholders informed about provisioning progress and any potential issues.
- Prepare and present regular updates on provisioning status, including documentation and reports as required.
- Resource & Supplier Co-ordination:
- Co-ordinate the efforts of internal resources and third-party suppliers to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of provisioning tasks.
- Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure resource availability and timely delivery.
- Oversee and update orders with suppliers to ensure alignment with project needs.
- Support and Administration:
- Provide administrative support related to provisioning, including scheduling, maintaining provisioning logs, and managing correspondence.
- Organise and participate in meetings focused on provisioning, ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Assist Project Managers in managing provisioning changes and interventions to meet project goals.

We offer hybrid working to support a healthy work/life balance, combining remote work with in-office presence at our Ilkley office three days per week. Candidates should be within a reasonable commuting distance from the office.
Working hours are 8.30 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
Requirements
- Essential:
- Experience in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills to manage provisioning and administrative tasks.
- Attention to detail to ensure all provisioning elements are tracked and managed effectively.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address provisioning challenges during the project lifecycle.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing provisioning requirements and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A meticulous approach to ensure quality control throughout the provisioning process.
