We are recruiting for an Assistant Spa Manager to join us at Hale Country Club & Spa. Set in the heart of Cheshire, Hale Country Club & Spa offers exclusivity, unrivalled luxury and class leading facilities. With a state-of-the-art gym and magnificent health spa.

We are looking for a talented, passionate individual to join our successful spa team here at the club. You will be responsible for maintain the highest standard of professionalism in all areas of operation and carry out all treatments to our world-class standards.

Main Duties of the role

To monitor spa and treatment standards and implement corrective action/training where required.Supporting the spa manager in all tasks set.Supporting the spa manager in driving the team's performance.To deliver exceptional treatments and hosting spa guests.High standards of presentation and cleanliness are maintained at all times.Delivering brand standardsOrdering and stock takingBooking in clients and taking phone callsAchieving treatment and retail targetsKnowledge in our brandsNVQ level 3 beauty therapy or equivalentPrevious Beauty therapy experience in a 5star/luxury backgroundNatural leadership qualities

Requirements

Specific experience within a spa/health club environmentQualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalentTrained in ESPAImpeccable attention to detail and customer service experienceProven experience working as part of a successful team with excellent interpersonal skills
