What you’ll be doing:

Be the main point of contact for our B2B customers and manage the relationship with them, delivering excellent customer service Identify opportunities for sales growth by; proposing new ranges, managing and negotiating cost prices with customers, planning promotional and other marketing activity Ensuring day to day queries from customers are dealt with effectively and efficiently Taking an active role and leading meetings with customers and communicating their requirements internally Completing weekly Sales and Service Level analysis

Your skills and experience:

Essential to the role:

Experience of having to effectively prioritize and be adaptable in a professional environment Customer Service Experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to take accountability for actions and decisions  The ability to work as part of a close knit team Experience and confidence in dealing with challenging situations To be able to problem solve and find answers for yourself Experience of leading meetings Ability to analyse data to inform commercial decisions Attention to detail UK Driving Licence Willing to travel within the UK
