Job Overview:

We are hiring a dedicated and creative full-stack web developer to build and support one of our new customer focused applications and web components platform. To excel in this role, you will have interest and ability to front-end web technologies as well as some experience of API development, integration and cloud based technologies.

In this team, we encourage innovation and provide ample opportunities to incorporate your own design ideas at work. There is continuous focus on employee development with access to a multitude of learning resources, sponsored training sessions to gain expertise and develop new skills.

Responsibilities:

You will join a team of dedicated software engineers working on all aspects of software development cycle including ideation, design, implementation and testing. There are everyday opportunities to improve the code base by actively participating in peer reviews. You will be designing, implementing and supporting highly scalable front-end applications and backend systems / web services You will assemble, distil and translate highly-complex visual designs and business needs into clean, usable and understandable solutions You will contribute to defining and setting optimal standards and patterns You will craft solutions with influencing performance of microservices

Required Skills and Experience :

You have advanced knowledge of , HTML5, CSS, ECMA 6 or Typescript and principles of responsive design Strong Front-End Framework knowledge and experience with the bundling and hosting of the resulting web applications Experience with / Knowledge of building full stack React (or similar) applications using frameworks such as NextJS You build tested code, which operates within our CI / CD pipeline (Git / GitLab, Azure DevOps) You have deep understanding of REST, how to build and run APIs. You are able to independently translate designs ( wireframes, mockups, and requirements documents) to engineering teams. You can translate user-centred design requirements into technical implementations for projects.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

Backend application and API development experience ideally in either C# and/or Java is highly desireable Previous experience in developing headless application integrated with cloud-based Content Management Systems
