As a Manufacturing Team Leader you will play a pivotal role within the fast-paced production team supporting the everyday operations area of Tata Steel UK, from planning processes through to despatching the finished product.

You’ll be a key part of the Manufacturing Process by being accountable for the day to day delivery of the production plan by deploying resources to meet targets whilst promoting a positive culture of Continuous Improvement and driving performance.

Experience of relevant Manufacturing Processes (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) Leadership Continuous Improvement Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements (NEBOSH) Level 4 HNC qualification (Beneficial)
