As a dedicated professional, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Behaviour Support: Work closely with students, providing targeted interventions to manage challenging behavior and promote positive interactions.
  • Individualised Plans: Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to develop personalised behavior plans for students with additional needs.
  • Mentoring: Build strong relationships with students, offering guidance and encouragement to help them thrive academically and socially.
  • Classroom Assistance: Assist in the classroom, ensuring a safe and engaging atmosphere conducive to learning.
  • Liaison: Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external agencies to address behavior-related concerns.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of interventions and progress.

  • Enhanced DBS Certificate: Registered with the online update service or willingness to process a new application through us.
