Have you ever worked in a position where you supported or mentored young people who are exhibiting challenging behaviours in the past?

Would you consider yourself a passionate Behaviour mentor who wants to work with students to help them break down the barriers which are affecting their behaviour and their academic success?

Have you always wanted to work in a school setting with students with challenging behaviour and gain experience and knowledge about how to handle them?

**About the role - Behaviour Mentor - Haringey**
- In the classroom, to assist students with their homework and assignments
- Work with other members of staff, such as Behaviour Mentors, Youth Workers, and Pastoral Support Workers, as well as working as a team
- The provision of 1:1 direct interventions and support to students within the classroom is essential
- Work with the class teacher and other members of the staff to provide a conducive learning environment for the students in the class
- Through observation and evaluation, you will be able to monitor and evaluate pupils' responses regarding their learning and their involvement in intervention activities
- Ensure that all students are included in the classroom as much as possible
