Responsibilities:

  • The PM shall be responsible for performing all work underthe task order and shall have full authority to act for theContractor on all contract matters relating to dailyoperations.
  • The PM or alternate shall beavailable onsite at the customer HQ during core business hours (M F6 am6 pm).
  • The PM or alternate shall be oncalloutside core business hours to provide 24x7x365 support (i.e.twentyfour (24) hours a day seven (7) days a week three hundredsixtyfive (365) days a year) for service outages ordegradation.
  • Manages the entire program and isthe overall personnel manager for all staff.
  • Serving as the Contractors primary point of contact (POC)this individual is responsible for the overall contractperformance.
  • Planning the entire programacross scope schedule resources risk quality etc. and monitoringthe ongoing execution of these areas.
  • Ensuringthat contract requirements deliverables and service levels aremet.
  • Keeping the CORs and technical designeesupdated on all aspects of the contract and promptly making themaware of any contract issues.
  • Implementationof the QCP outlined in PWS.

PMP implementation duties to include at aminimum:

  • CommunicationsPlan generation and management.
  • Riskmanagement and mitigation strategies.
  • WorkBreakdown Structure management and maintenance.
  • Maintaining a positive work environment where ingenuityand resourcefulness are fostered and team spirit candevelop.
  • Coordinating and collaborating onoperational activities with all IT teams (e.g. Engineering TailoredPlatforms Security etc.).
  • Communicating allincidents (e.g. outages degradations etc.) to ITmanagement.

Professional Experience andSkills:

  • Proven trackrecord of successfully managing largescale technical infrastructureprograms from initiation to completion demonstrating strongleadership and organizational skills.
  • Indepthunderstanding of complex technical infrastructure including but notlimited to networks servers storage systems and cloud technologies.Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with technicalteams.
  • Experience developing and executingstrategic plans to align technical programs with organizationalgoals and objectives.
  • Proficient inidentifying assessing and mitigating risks associated withtechnical programs. Adept at implementing risk managementstrategies to ensure project success.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships withexternal vendors and technology partners ensuring the delivery ofhighquality products and services within budget and timelineconstraints.
  • Proven experience in budgetmanagement including developing and monitoring program budgetsforecasting expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with theability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.Experience fostering collaboration between technical andnontechnical teams.
  • Implement and overseequality assurance processes to ensure that technical infrastructureprograms meet or exceed industry standards and comply withorganizational policies and guidelines.

Education and Years ofExperience:

  • BachelorsDegree in a related field with 10 years of experience in ProgramManagement OR Masters Degree in a related field with 7 years ofexperience in Program Management
  • PMPcertification is required PgMP certification ispreferred
  • 10 years of experience supportingfederal government customers
  • 8 years ofexperience managing large technical infrastructureprograms
  • 5 years of handson technicalexpertise in infrastructure management
