Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? GSL Education London is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support students and promote positive behaviour. in one of its client schools. The role will be based in London. Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with students who face behavioural challenges.
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
  • Collaborate with the SENCO and teaching team.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students in an educational setting.
  • Empathy, patience, and resilience.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students.
