As a UX/UI Designer, you will create user-centric and engaging digital experiences that meet the needs and expectations of our customers. Utilizing your skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing, you will design intuitive and accessible interfaces that enhance the usability and accessibility of our website and mobile app. You will report to the UX Strategist manager within the UX & Optimisation Team and work with a range of cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You will be part of a vibrant and fast-paced company that values customer focus, results, collaboration, and innovation.

A typical day in this role includes:


· Conducting user research, especially usability tests and competitor research, to understand the needs, goals, and pain points of our customers.
· Creating user personas, user journeys, user flows, and information architecture to define the optimal user experience and navigation.
· Designing wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to communicate and test your design ideas and solutions, under the direction and supervision of your manager.
· Develop user interface designs for our web/mobile and app applications that align with our brand identity and user experience goals.
· Collaborating with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure the design vision is implemented effectively and consistently across all platforms and devices.
· Applying UX/UI best practices, design principles, and accessibility guidelines to ensure the quality and consistency of our digital products.

· Measuring and evaluating the impact of your design solutions on user behaviour, satisfaction, and conversion rates, using various analytics and testing tools.
· Keeping up to date with the latest trends and developments in UX/UI design, web design, and e-commerce.
· Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
· Promoting a culture of partnership, teamwork, innovation, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

· Strong design skills, attention to detail and proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and advanced skills in Figma
· Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies and how they affect your design decisions.
· You have excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
· The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
· You are fluent in English, confident in speaking, reading and writing.

What you’ll need:

· Degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
· Proficiency with Web analytics tools and familiarity with optimization tools (i.e. Google Tag Manager, VWO, Optimizely, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Quantum Metric, GA4, and Looker dashboards).
· Great influencing skills.
· Brilliant relationship builder.
· Project management skills.
