This can be a fun and rewarding but also at times challenging and demanding role. You maybe be supporting people in their own home or out and about in their community. No previous experience or qualifications required as full training will be provided, however,  You must be comfortable with lone working & supporting individuals with Mental Health Needs  Compassionate, Caring and Confident  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Self-starter, with a high level of motivation  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
