The food style is very highquality freshly prepared small plates with a Mexican Inspirationcomplimented by a premium bar/Agaveria serving mostly Tequila basedcocktails and complimentary drinks to the very highest standards.The Agaveria will have it own unique brand range of ultra premiumTequila sourced directly from one of the worlds top producers. Thisis a UK first for any restaurant.
The venue isfresh upscale and effortlessly cool (hence our name) andintroduces a new concept to the UK in extremely high quality butaccessible casual dining and drinking with exemplary levels ofcustomer service and engagement.
You will needto be experienced in a similar sized venue and will be supportedwith a full technology suite to enable the efficient management ofall aspects of the restaurant and bar service. The role of theAssistant Manager above this will also be to ensure that the teamis functioning at a high level and in a environment that is fun forboth staff and customers alike. You will need an extremely positiveattitude and be all about the customer experience. All members ofthe team need to be bought into the brand rather than just turningup to work the Assistant Manager will play a large part in helpingbuild this culture supported by the General Manager and ManagingDirector.
This is a special opportunity to getinvolved at the beginning of the launch of a major new UKhospitality brand and a chance to grow with the business. Only thehighest caliber applicants will beconsidered.
Salary package OTE in the rangeofdepending on experience including bonus and Tronc and progressionis on offer as the business expands to new sites within 12m offirst opening.
