Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role

This exciting opportunity offers a key role in providing efficient and proactive administrative support to ensure our four offices, across the region, run smoothly.

You'll be working alongside a dedicated team of customer-facing people, to ensure our customers are supported and set-up for success. In fact, you will be the first person out customers see and interact when they come into the office.

The role involves not only general office administration tasks but also a variety of other tasks to keep you challenged throughout your day. One minute you could be doing account invoicing, and the next booking travel for our teams. Offering flexibility to respond with urgency happens most days so self-management is important for this role.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring

You'll offer a high-level of computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft operating suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams). Your cultural awareness will support an aligned approach to our customers' aspirations and preferences, particularly in working with Māori and Pasifika You'll have strong interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to remain calm and resilient in sometimes pressured environments The ability to take responsibility for planning and prioritising your own work, within the requirements of the role Proven experience providing administrative support in a complex organisation Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to tight timeframes Invoicing experience a definite advantage

This role is a part-time role. We are wanting someone to work 4hr per day, the time is negotiable between the hours of 9.00am - 4.00pm.
