As a People Acquisition Specialist you willplay a crucial role in identifying attracting and hiring top talentto enable growth. You will work closely with hiring managersdivisional heads and the People Partner to understand recruitmentneeds support the development of recruitment strategies executehiring plans and implement new attractionmethods.

Responsibilities

1.Support hiring managers the People Partner and the wider businessto understand recruitment needs develop hiring plans collaboratewith stakeholders to understand diversity goals and coach/guidehiring managers for best recruitmentpractices.

2. Source and attract qualifiedcandidates through various channels including social mediaplatforms job boards networking events andreferrals.

3. Proactively build talent pipelinesfor current and future hiring needs.

4. Screenresumes and conduct initial discovery calls to assess candidatequalifications and fit for the role.

5.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and teammembers.

6. Manage the candidate experience fromapplication to contract issue ensuring a smooth and positiverecruitment process.

7. Utilise data andanalytics to track recruitment metrics and optimise hiringprocesses including effectiveness of diversityattraction.

8. Stay uptodate on industry trendsand best practices in recruitment and talentacquisition.

9. Assist and contribute to employerbranding initiatives including creating compelling and inclusivemessaging to attract diverse talent in line with KOMI Groups toneof voice andculture.

Requirements

1.Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialistpreferably within the social media industry.

2.An understanding of social media platforms and their role inrecruitment.

3. Excellent sourcing and networkingskills with the ability to identify and engage toptalent.

4. Exceptional communicationinterpersonal and relationship managementskills.

5. Ability to work independently andcollaborate effectively with crossfunctionalteams.

6. Strong organisational attention todetail and creativity skills.

7. Experience withapplicant tracking systems (ATS) job boards and other recruitmenttools.
