Job Overview

As a CRM & Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing B2B2C engagement, driving brand loyalty, and optimizing marketing efforts across Halfords For Business. Your expertise in CRM systems and marketing strategies will be essential for achieving business goals.

Reporting to B2B Propositions Manager, the CRM & Marketing Executive project manages and oversees every element of the Halfords for Business marketing plan including campaign management and execution. 

The CRM & Marketing Executive is expected to have strong relationship management skillsets both internally and externally to enable the success of every opportunity.

Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee key campaigns for Halfords For Business to optimise engagement, repeat business and ongoing B2B2C loyalty across all propositions.
  • Work closely and report into X to execute and improve the quality and response rates of strategic campaigns to meet key objectives.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to evaluate client data against standard Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality.
  • Using internal stakeholder relationships, the CRM & Marketing Executive should always look to drive wider opportunities where possible across all Halfords for Business propositions and initiatives.
  • Produce content regularly, collaborate closely with the B2B Marketing Manager to ensure that the messaging fits well with seasonal and internal content calendars.
  • Drive the creative process, working internally or with agencies, ensuring they have clear briefs and insight to support the design process of our CRM content.
  • Collaborate closely with our Customer Success team and external partners to develop marketing strategies aimed at increasing engagement among our existing B2B clients.
  • You’ll work closely with the wider Halfords marketing team to align CRM efforts with broader marketing goals.
  • Be competent in time and project management allowing accurate insight and forecasting to X.
  • Seek new and better ways of working- to constantly improve the team’s productivity and efficiency. You will be part of a team that strives to be better in everything we do.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience with B2B and/ or B2C CRM Marketing.
  • Experience of producing and reporting on CRM campaigns
  • Strong communicator
  • Experience of CRM systems

  • Strong analytical skills to allow for informed data driven decisions.
