Qualification

  • Good communication and mediation skills and the abilityto liaise between technical and nontechnical stakeholders with aconsultative approach where there may be conflict.
  • Good presentation skills and the ability to demonstratehigh levels of credibility to various levels of stakeholders whoare both technical and nontechnical.
  • Accountable to ensure deliverables are met bothtechnically and to meet client expectations with financialimplications in mind.
  • An approach whichchallenges the easiest and safest way of doing things in order toachieve the best possible outcome for the client. An innovativeapproach will ensure that implementations are consistently moresophisticated and efficient.
  • A strategicmindset which hears needs and requirements which the client may noteven themselves be aware of.
