Overview:
This regional Marketing Communications Executive role is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-known charitable organisation that is implementing multiple clouds across a multi-thousand user environment. The organisation is deploying a new instance ofSalesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance engagement and enrich membership experience. This is a greenfield project that is due to go live this year so you will have the opportunity to be involved from the get-go
The Role:
You will play a key role as the Marketing Communications Executive through setting up and delivering direct communications and building marketing campaigns and journeys on a regional basis. To be successful in this role you will need proficiency in AMPScriptand SQL and ideally have 1+ years' experience building campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Your key responsibilities include:

- Design and build workflows
- Create robust and repeatable campaigns and journeys
- Translate data briefs into elegant campaign workflows, that are segmented, tested, and tracked
- Create personalised campaigns that integrate seamlessly with existing digital platforms
- Reports and analysis of regional campaigns

Desirable skills and experience:

- Working knowledge of data manipulation and coding in SQL and AMPscript,
- Experience working with Javascript and HTML
- 1+ years' experience building campaigns/journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Excellent understanding of customer data and regional database structures
- Knowledge of marketing automation solutions
- To be comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile working environment
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Experience creating and analysing reports
