This support continues with theinstallation and maintenance of seabed foundations and marineconstruction support provided by the company's MarineInfrastructure Solutions unit, offering seabed shaft drillingservices in diameters up to 10m. Supporting the operationalbusiness is one of the largest Engineering teams in the South Westproviding full lifecycle support from the design and constructionphase through to equipment maintenance anddecommissioning.

TheRole:

We areseeking a Rig Mechanic to join our dynamic team. This crucial roleinvolves the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanicaland hydraulic systems within our drilling operations. While priorexperience in this area is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Wewelcome mechanics from various industries who are eager to learnand grow with us. Fugro will provide the necessary training to turnyou into a skilled Rig Mechanic.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Performregular maintenance on mechanical and hydraulicsystems.
  • Address faults promptly and conductnecessary repairs.
  • Assist with general drillingoperations as required.
  • Document and reportmechanical tasks to ensure clear communication andtraceability.
  • Collaborate with the drillingcrew, engineers, and maintenance teams to ensure reliableperformance.
