Your new role 
Working within a busy purchase ledger department, you will be completing the following responsibilities:

Processing supplier invoices to correct purchase ordersEnsuring all documents are coded and processed correctly and are 100% SOX compliantDealing with branch and supplier queries, effectively resolving issuesReconciling supplier statementsProvide advice and support to all managers on Purchase Ledger related activitiesDaily Bank reconciliationsWeekly Supplier paymentsMonthly Expenses paymentsMonthly CIS paymentsAdhere to strict month-end accounting deadlinesAdhere to all policies and proceduresExcel, confident in data analysis/look-ups and Pivots.Attention to detail is critical.Complex Query resolutionBanking & Payments
What you'll need to succeed 
Previous accounts experience in a similar role with the ability to handle large amounts of data is essential.Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume environmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Computer-literate with a strong knowledge of ExcelA proactive and positive attitude with good attention to detailAbility to work independently and within a teamEmbraces change and are open to the ideas and opinions of others.Always maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitudeWhat you'll get in return
