Criterion Capital is
currently in search of a Marketing and PR Executive to devise marketing
strategies and manage public relations activities across all platforms.



 



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop
    and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to meet business
    objectives and help boost brand awareness.
  • Create
    engaging content for various marketing channels like social media, emails,
    and websites.
  • Conducts
    regular reviews of social media content in collaboration with external
    agencies.
  • Manage
    PR campaigns to get more coverage and improve brand reputation.
  • Build
    relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure media
    coverage.
  • Analyse
    marketing and PR results to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate
    with different teams to align marketing and PR strategies with business
    goals.
  • Lead
    the development and execution of events, trade shows, and other
    promotional activities.
  • Ensures
    timely updates of content on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, TripAdvisor, and Meta
    Search platforms.


 



Requirements:




  • Bachelor’s
    degree in marketing, public relations, or communications.
  • Minimum
    5 years’ experience working in marketing and PR roles, with a track record
    of successful campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strong
    written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create
    compelling content.
  • Proficiency
    in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media
    management tools, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
  • Creative
    thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven
    mindset.
  • This
    position is entirely office-based.
