Job summary

An exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join this NHS GP teaching practice in Hoyland, Barnsley

We are looking for someone with experience of working in a healthcare setting who can support the Management Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, competency in IT, good working knowledge of Health & Safety. Experience of management and development with effective communication skills.

General Practice or other healthcare/NHS experience HR and recruitment Health & Safety Change Management, Project Management and Quality Improvement Knowledge and application of IT systems Leadership

Job responsibilities

To support thepractice manager in all aspects of practice functionality, motivating andmanaging staff, optimising efficiency and overall performance, ensuring thepractice achieves its long-term strategic objectives in a safe and effectiveworking environment. The AssistantPractice Manager will focus on the day-to-day operability of the practice,championing ED&I, SHEF, Quality & CI, Confidentiality, CollaborativeWorking, Service Delivery, Learning and Development and promoting a positiveworking environment.
