Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for manufacturing processes, including polymer, power, and utilities.
- Lead and participate in process safety analyses.
- Optimize process variables to improve product quality and yield.
- Conduct data analysis and root cause analysis to enhance process performance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, mentoring and coaching cross-functional teams.
- Manage change associated with new chemicals and polymers, working closely with global research teams.
- Provide technical expertise to support operations, engineering, and reliability teams.
The Person:
It is anticipated that the successful candidate will come from a similar background and will be looking for the next challenge in their career. Self-starting and motivated, applicants will also need to satisfy the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant industrial experience.
- Ability to work effectively at both strategic and operational levels.
- Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and critical thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
