We are currentlylooking for a passionate Lounge Bar Attendant , to join ourFood and Beverage department on a permanentbasis, with animmediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments andfive star service to our guests and each other. As a Lounge Bar Attendant , your main duties and expectations for the rolewill include:

Basic knowledge of spirits, wine and beer is preferred. Must be able to work late hours as required by business needs.  Welcomes guests as they enter the outlets (the “arrival experience”) with a smile and a clear Good morning/evening/afternoon. Escorts guests to the table, presents menu, shows buffet, describes specials, and beverage list, and uses available knowledge to exceed guests’ expectations. Ensures every guest receives exceptional service of food & beverage according to the company policy, SOPs and AA and LQA standards from him/herself as well as other colleagues. Assists in opening and closing procedures in the outlet.

You will berequired to work  40 hours  per week, on a shift rota.
