We are seeking an experienced SmartCommConfiguration Analyst/Consultant with a strong background in theinsurance industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensiveexperience in configuring managing and optimizing SmartComm systemsto ensure precise and efficient document generation and management.This role offers a unique opportunity to work with leadinginsurance organizations to enhance their document managementprocesses and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
1. SmartComm System Configuration& Management: Configure and manage SmartComm systems tosupport policy administration underwriting and claims processingensuring accuracy and efficiency.
2. RequirementGathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business units togather and analyze requirements for SmartComm configurationsensuring alignment with business needs and regulatoryrequirements.
3. Document Template Development &Maintenance: Design develop implement and maintain documenttemplates within the SmartComm system ensuring they are uptodateand accurately reflect policy and regulatory changes.
4.Clause & Wording Management: Create and manage documentclauses and wording within SmartComm ensuring consistency accuracyand compliance with industry standards.
5. Testing& Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation ofSmartComm document templates and configurations to ensure accuracyconsistency and compliance with internal standards and externalregulations.
6. Documentation & Reporting:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SmartCommconfigurations processes and procedures. Generate reports tomonitor and evaluate the performance of document templates andconfigurations.
7. Stakeholder Collaboration: Workclosely with stakeholders including business analysts underwritersclaims processors and IT teams to ensure SmartComm configurationsmeet business objectives and enhance operationalefficiency.
8. Issue Resolution & Support:Provide expert support and troubleshooting for SmartCommrelatedissues working with IT and vendor support teams to resolve problemsefficiently.
9. Process Improvement: Identify andrecommend opportunities for process improvements and systemenhancements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness ofSmartComm management workflows.
10. Training &Knowledge Sharing: Develop and deliver training materials andsessions for endusers and team members ensuring they are proficientin SmartComm configurations and document templatemanagement.
11. Compliance & Governance: Ensureall SmartComm configurations and document templates adhere toregulatory requirements and organizational governance policiesconducting regular reviews and updates as necessary.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree inInformation Technology Business Administration Insurance or relatedfield.
2. 5 years of experience in SmartCommconfiguration and management with a focus on the insuranceindustry.
3. Strong understanding of insurance businessprocesses products underwriting and claims management.
4. Proven experience with SmartComm systems and document templatedevelopment.
5. Excellent analytical problemsolving andtroubleshooting skills.
6. Effective communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate withstakeholders at all levels.
7. Detailoriented with acommitment to accuracy and quality.
8. Ability to managemultiple tasks and projects simultaneously prioritizing effectivelyto meet deadlines.
9. Familiarity with regulatoryrequirements and compliance standards in the insuranceindustry.
10. Experience with other document managementsystems and technologies is a plus.
11. Relevantcertifications in SmartComm or related fields aredesirable.
